Seller Code of Conduct

As an accredited Bidrit seller, you pledge that every vehicle published under your profile reflects its exact real-world condition. This requires:

• Genuine Odometer Reading: Strictly zero tolerance for odometer rollback or falsified instrument cluster readings.
• Actual Current Photographs: Stock photos, edited filters, or images of other vehicles are strictly banned.
• Transparent Condition Disclosure: Prior accidents, paint overspray, engine oil consumption, or ABS/airbag warning lights must be noted openly.
• Clean Title & Valid Customs: Sellers must verify that customs duty papers are authentic and verifiable before listing.

Sellers must honor agreed listing prices once an escrow transaction is locked. Demanding unexpected cash top-ups, attempting to renegotiate after buyer deposit, or pressuring buyers to transfer funds off-platform results in instant suspension.

Vehicles scheduled for Bidrit Drive pickup must be made available on time at the designated custody hub in Abuja, Lagos, or other partner locations.

Minor discrepancies (e.g. slight mileage variance) incur an official warning and required listing revision.

Severe fraud—including listing stolen vehicles, forged title documents, or deliberate concealment of flood/chassis damage—results in an immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of listing deposits, and blacklisting of the seller's NIN and CAC numbers across the entire platform.
